The scene details the law in Texas called the Romeo & Juliet law. The character specifically says the number of the law to make sure that the fans can see this for themselves. This law makes their relationship legal because they started dating while they were both still in high school. This was just weird and tasteless.

Nick Fury is a rough and tumble character in this Captain America movie. The main characters were doing everything in their power to make sure he doesn't escape, and somehow, he does... It literally makes no sense.

Fury managed to escape by digging a tunnel. Fans agree that The Winter Soldier could easily have gotten into the tunnel to chase and catch Nick Fury, but he didn't. Fury was even badly injured, and somehow, he escaped. This was a sad plotline used as a ploy to continue the story.

Toy Story

Buzz Lightyear has a sad and confusing plotline. The toy doesn't realize he's a toy, but still acts like a toy. Buzz claims that he's a superhero sent from space and is definitely not a toy... Yet, this happens.
