When the viewers and characters are first introduced to the ever-terrifying T-Rex, they could hear it a mile away. Naturally, it only makes sense that the gigantic dinosaur would make the ground rumble as it approaches. But then, for the sake of the story, the directors completely change that up.

Somehow, the extremely loud and Earthquake inducing T-Rex is super quiet. So quiet, in fact, that it can sneak up behind the protagonists. That makes no sense!

Independence Day

Computer software coding is literally a different language. They simply don't translate to one another if they are different. Independence Day said screw that, we're going to create a virus on our human software that can infect alien software.
