If you've seen this before, you'll know the specific name for peanut butter, chocolate, Chex mix, and powdered sugar. However, that name might vary from person to person, region to region, dialect to dialect. Writer Claire downs asked a simple question on Twitter, which blew out of proportion almost immediately:
Where you are from, what is this called? pic.twitter.com/NmUwH2FAV0

Twitter was, of course, a wealth of information. If your childhood nostalgia wasn't triggered by the photo above, then perhaps you missed out.
Some people knew what it was right off the bat: puppy chow, muddy buddies, snowman poop, monkey munch. Whatever you call it, Downs compiled all the results into a list.

Others were totally perplexed by the photo Downs had tweeted.
"I'm from California and I've never seen that," someone said.
"I have no idea what this is. looks like frosted mini wheats with extra frosting," someone else replied.
Regardless of what you call it, the snack is delicious as ever—and, at the end of the day, Downs managed to teach some people what they'll serve at their next Super Bowl party.
