Russell Crowe is an actor who was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. Even that small bit of information will tell you that he's not one to be messed with. He's a versatile actor who is commonly referred to as one of the "best" of his generation.

His most action-packed role was definitely in Gladiator in 2000, where he won the Best Actor Oscar. He played other kickass characters in Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, 3:10 to Yuma, and Robin Hood. He even has a role in the upcoming superhero flick Thor: Love and Thunder.
