The city of Boulder wants its residents to keep their couches inside of their homes and not out on their porches. This came to be after the city busted the University of Colorado for getting rid of couches by burning them.

Apparently, people were leaving their couches on their porch for someone to pick up and set aflame later. The city didn't like it, so they said "no more porch couches."
