You're never too old to trick-or-treat! Unless you live in Virginia. Children over the age of 14 are not allowed to trick-or-treat due to mass complaints of teenagers ruining the fun. There is also an ordinance that says no trick-or-treating after 8 pm!
Washington
It's illegal to attach a vending machine to a utility pole in Washington state. If someone wishes to do this, they must be granted permission and follow strict guidelines. This is done to keep electrical workers safe!
