In Devils Lake, North Dakota, setting off fireworks after 11 pm is illegal. But, it is legal to set them off as early as 8 am. Apparently, that isn't too early to "disturb the peace."

Ohio

In Ohio, it's illegal to sell dyed chickens and rabbits. It's not illegal to dye them, but selling them is totally off the table. This is due to animal cruelty violations.
