New Jersey

In 1999, New Jersey amended a law prohibiting people from wearing a bullet-proof vest while committing a crime. If you were caught committing a crime while wearing a bullet-proof vest, you can just add that to your list of crimes.

New Mexico

There is one law in New Mexico that states that "idiots" cannot vote. This is an obviously dated law that hasn't been updated nor changed since it was enacted. Idiots are also classified as "insane persons convicted of a felonious or infamous crime" in the law.
