Hold your horses! In Indiana, it's illegal to ride your horse above 10 miles per hour. Obviously, horses don't come with speedometers, so you're going to have to use your best judgment. 

This law was enacted years ago when folks were still participating in "high speed" horse races. It's not as common now, but probably still a good law to practice.
