"The Office" Cast: Then and Now

Steve Carell, Michael

Michael Gary Scott is one of TV's most iconic characters. The dim-witted, though kind-hearted boss is loved at Dunder Mifflin, but not exactly respected. Always one to conjure up obscure events, ruin a party or two, and accidentally date someone's mom. The show wasn't the same when he moved to Colorado.

An In-Demand Actor

The World's Best Boss went on to become one of Hollywood's most in-demand actors. From starring in films like Space Force, Beautiful Boy, Welcome to Marwen, and Foxcatcher, Steve Carell has more depth beyond just comedy. He was nominated for an Oscar for his role in the Foxcatcher across from Channing Tatum.
