Kylie got this "t" tattooed on her ankle for her ex-boyfriend Tyga. That relationship didn't last, so she got the "t" switched around to read "la" in cursive. This cover-up is a creative one, and her tattoo artist was probably proud to be able to rework something this simple for her.
