It was the iconic scene where her character accidentally strips in front of a friend of Gullenhaal's character. It wasn't the scene itself, but what the rehearsal of said scene.
Although her character was supposed to strip, she was still supposed to be clothed during rehearsals. Apparently, she didn't get the memo, and accidentally flashed a room full of people who weren't yet expecting her to be fully nude! As embarrassed as she was, she played it off and now looks back on that moment as a funny one.
