The Matrix
In order to enter the Matrix, an operator has to be on hand to put them on, keep an eye on them, and make sure they can exit. That's usually Cypher's job. So... how did he get in and out of there all on his own? That makes no sense! And that fact was never acknowledged.

Aladdin told the genie that the final wish on the lamp would be to free him. He could have just used his final wish to free the genie and then given the lamp to Jasmine, right?
