Here are the Most Famous Celebrities from Every State in America

Illinois: Harrison Ford

Harrison Ford, more known as Han Solo and Indiana Jones, grew up in Chicago. He went to high school in the windy city and then decided to move to Wisconsin to further his education. You probably think he studied acting, right? Wrong! He studied English and philosophy.

A Jack of All Trades

Believe it or not, before Ford became an actor, he was actually a carpenter. Well, he was taking small roles in between working as a carpenter, but that's the job that paid the bills. That is until he got hired to be Han Solo. Ford is quite possibly the most famous person to come out of Illinois, but he's contending with Betty White and Walt Disney.
