It's no surprise that dancer Paula Abdul was once a cheerleader. She performed with the Van Nuys High School squad in Los Angeles while also maintaining honors-level grades. After graduation, she joined the Laker Girls dance team, and went on to become their head choreographer. She cheered on Jamaal Wilkes, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Magic Johnson.
